Supporting Member Program Project Manager

Location: St. Petersburg, FL or Remote
Time Commitment: 2 to 4 hours / week
Reports To: Supporting Member Program Coordinator
Purpose of the Role
The Supporting Membership Program is the fundraising engine for Black Power 96 Radio. Listeners donate to keep the station on air and growing.
Black Power 96.3 FM is seeking enthusiastic individuals to guide the projects of the Black Power 96 Radio Supporting Member Program.
This includes two major fund drives each year and other special fundraisers. You’ll guide the projects from start to finish to meet the project’s objectives, deadlines and budget.
Key Responsibilities - Work with the Coordinator on:
Planning: Creating plans of action for each project, including with goals, objectives, tasks and timelines
Budgeting: Estimating costs, tracking expenses, and making sure the project stays within its financial limits.
Team Leadership: Assign and check up on a tasks, motivate team members, and ensure everyone understands their role.
Problem Solving: Anticipating potential roadblocks, troubleshooting issues
Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Explaining goals clearly to the team and preparing reports
Leadership: Motivating team members and helping them work together smoothly.
Organization: Keeping track of schedules, tasks, budgets, and deadlines without losing focus.
Problem-Solving: Finding quick, smart solutions when unexpected project delays or issues happen.
