Associate Backend Software Engineer - HIREFITRO3405

We are looking for someone with:
Fresh Graduates with 0 or less than 3 years of software engineering experience using Object Oriented languages
A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields is essential.
Persistent in learning and adapting new skills and technologies that will contribute to the success of the squad
A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions using knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Outstanding communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
You will stand out if you have:
Knowledge of Backend technologies such as JavaScript, Node, and Java
Familiar with Spring and Springboot framework
Familiar with Knowledge in monitoring / Logging tools such as New Relic, Devo.
Familiar with or knows the concepts Test Driven Technologies such as Jasmine, JEST, Mocha, JUnit, Mockito (Java)
Familiar or knows the concepts of Agile scrum methodologies or experience working in an Agile team
On the job you will:
Learn through Manulife University the skills and capability to deliver Manulife's business needs
Develop new codes AND update existing code to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability with the guidance of the team leaders.
Collaborate closely with senior members of the squad
Work closely with other squads to drive innovative solutions to meet business needs
