Qloron Technology is looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong expertise in dashboard development, data engineering, SQL-based ETL, and banking data analytics.
📌 Job Details
Job Title: Power BI Developer – Data Engineering, Reporting & Dashboard Specialist
Experience: 5+ Years
Domain: Banking / Financial Services
Role Type: Contract
Visa & Travel: Will be managed by the company
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards for financial and banking data.
Publish and maintain reports using on-premise Power BI Report Server.
Develop SQL-based ETL pipelines to process and structure data.
Optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing for performance and data accuracy.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and governance controls in Power BI.
Design and maintain data models using star schema and snowflake schema.
Automate data refresh processes and optimize report performance.
Collaborate with BI teams to align reporting solutions with banking requirements.
Support data transformations; SAS experience is an added advantage.
🛠️ Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Power BI dashboard development, data modeling, and SQL-based ETL.
Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
Extensive banking domain experience with financial and transactional datasets.
Strong SQL / T-SQL skills, including stored procedures and indexing.
Knowledge of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL workflows.
Experience with Power BI Report Server and report performance optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAS for data transformation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience working in a structured Business Intelligence team.
