Role Description: ACT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support its recruitment and employer branding activities. This is a remote, unpaid training opportunity designed for individuals who are seeking practical experience in human resources, recruitment, and employer branding.
The intern will assist with sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and coordinating communication with candidates and hiring managers. Under the guidance of senior team members, the intern will gain exposure to the recruitment process from beginning to end.
The role will also involve supporting employer branding initiatives, including drafting job postings, assisting with career-page updates, preparing recruitment content, and participating in online talent engagement activities.
As a remote opportunity, the internship offers flexible working hours, subject to coordination with the recruitment team and availability for scheduled meetings or interviews. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with candidate sourcing through recruitment platforms, professional networks, and other channels.
Review applications and support the initial screening process.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systems.
Support candidate communication and ensure timely follow-up.
Assist with job postings, recruitment content, and employer branding activities.
Contribute to career-page updates and online talent engagement initiatives.
Organize recruitment information and assist with basic reports when required.
Collaborate with team members to help ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or employer branding.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Comfortable communicating and collaborating through digital tools.
Basic familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, spreadsheets, or collaborative tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of the technology or cybersecurity sector is a plus.
