Sales Representative - Synchronest
Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time | Comp: Base + Commission
Synchronest is a revenue management agency for short-term rental operators and property managers.
We’re hiring a Sales Rep to join our growing team. You’ll lead outreach, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals with STR operators. We’re seeking someone with sales experience across at least 3 industries—bonus if you have experience in short-term rentals or hotels.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify, and close new clients
Manage the sales pipeline
Collaborate with our team to refine offers and messaging
Requirements:
3+ years of sales experience
Multi-industry background (min. 3 industries)
Excellent communication and closing skills
Bonus: STR or Hotel Experience
Details:
Base + commission
Remote, flexible team culture
