About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee and take part in receiving, picking, and shipping. Ensure operations meet standards. Assign tasks like inventory management, stock - arrangement, and inventory counts. Track task progress. Resolve warehouse issues such as order problems, incorrect shipments, or data discrepancies. Coordinate with other teams to keep operations running smoothly. Make sure warehouse documents are accurate and up - to - date, and data is correctly entered. Help with inventory audits and reconcile records. Enforce safety rules, including equipment use and goods stacking. Keep the warehouse clean and organized following 5S principles. Assist in training new employees. Monitor team performance, give feedback, and suggest improvements.
Requirements
No restrictions on majors or warehousing experience, fresh graduates are acceptable, with e-commerce and logistics majors preferred. Understand warehouse processes, safety regulations and 5S concepts. Proficient in using Excel and other office software.
Proficient in Chinese and Korean.（plus）

창고 운영 프로세스 및 작업 표준 준수 여부 관리
재고 관리, 재고 정리 및 재고 실사 등 현장 업무 배분 및 진행 현황 점검
주문 오류, 오출고, 재고 데이터 불일치 등 창고 운영 중 발생하는 이슈 해결
유관 부서와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 통한 창고 운영 효율성 확보
창고 운영 관련 문서 및 데이터의 정확성·최신성 유지, 시스템 데이터 입력 및 관리
재고 실사 및 재고 수불 내역 대조·검증 업무 지원
장비 사용 및 화물 적재 기준 등 창고 내 안전 수칙 준수 여부 관리
5S 원칙에 따른 작업장 정리정돈 및 청결 상태 유지
신규 입사자 대상 현장 업무 교육 및 적응 지원
현장 인력의 업무 수행 현황 및 성과 모니터링, 피드백 제공 및 운영 개선 방안 제안
자격 요건
전공 및 창고 업무 경력 무관, 신입 지원 가능 (전자상거래·물류 관련 전공자 우대)
창고 업무 프로세스, 안전 규정 및 5S 개념에 대한 이해
Excel 등 오피스 소프트웨어 능숙자
중국어 및 한국어 능통자 (우대사항)
