Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Opcenter Designer with strong hands-on experience in Siemens Opcenter MES (formerly Camstar) to work on large, global manufacturing projects, including end-to-end MES implementation, design, development, support and delivery.
Mandatory Skills:
8–12 years of overall experience with strong Siemens Opcenter MES / Camstar experience.
Experience with complete lifecycle implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Hands-on experience in Camstar Designer and Upgrade.
Experience in requirements definition and MES implementation of Factory Model.
Strong understanding of interfaces between Camstar MES and external applications such as ERP, LIMS, Equipment and HMI.
Good understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV)processes.
Strong knowledge of SQL.
Experience working on large, global projects with responsibility for overall delivery quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and development of Camstar/Opcenter MES solutions.
Perform application support and maintenance activities.
Lead requirements definition and MES implementation activities.
Work on Factory Model design and implementation.
Manage integrations with ERP, LIMS, equipment, HMI and other external applications.
Coordinate with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure end-to-end project delivery and quality.
Provide technical guidance and coordinate project teams.
