Senior Manager Information Security

Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Own and drive the overall strategy and growth of the Offensive Security practice.
2. Lead new initiatives, service development, and capability-building programs.
3. Oversee the entire delivery function and ensure consistent delivery standards across engagements.
4. Maintain overall ownership of client delivery and senior stakeholder relationships.
5. Provide strategic and technical leadership across Offensive Security/VAPT engagements.
6. Drive practice-level operational excellence, utilization, quality, and delivery performance.
7. Build and develop technical capabilities, methodologies, and reusable frameworks.
8. Identify opportunities for new services and expand the practice’s technology portfolio.
9. Partner with leadership on business strategy, growth initiatives, and organizational priorities.
10. Manage a growing team structure and provide leadership across multiple delivery layers.
11. Report directly to the VP – Operations/Tenured Sr. manager (Charter set up in process).
Specific Expertise Required
· Significant experience in Offensive Security / VAPT / Cybersecurity Consulting.
· Strong practice leadership and delivery-management experience.
· Experience managing large technical teams and multiple client engagements.
· Strong strategic, commercial, and client-facing capabilities.
· Big 4 consulting experience preferred.
· Strong technical credibility and understanding of offensive security technologies and methodologies.
· Ability to balance technical depth, client management, and practice strategy.
