We are seeking an energetic and motivated Receptionist/Registration to join our dynamic team at BYD Noosa Qld. This role requires a passion for automotive technology, especially electric vehicles, and a drive to provide outstanding customer service.
Registration Coordination
Oversee and manage the registration of new vehicles, ensuring compliance with local, state, and national regulations.
Prepare and submit necessary paperwork for vehicle registrations and ensure plates are issued promptly.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all sold vehicles are registered and ready for delivery.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, titles, and compliance documents.
Receptionist
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, scheduling, filing, and data entry.
Document Handling: Maintain accurate records of registrations, invoices, and customer details.
Coordination: Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth operation
