Experience: 3+ Years in Study-Abroad Counselling / Admissions
Role:
Guide students through the complete study-abroad admission journey, including course and university selection, applications, follow-ups, and visa guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students through calls/virtual meetings.
Guide students on courses, universities, and destinations.
Assist with applications, SOPs, LORs, and documents.
Provide visa guidance and admission support.
Maintain regular student follow-ups.
Keep Meritto CRM and lead status updated.
Support webinars, exhibitions, and events.
Senior Counsellor: Mentor junior counsellors and handle complex student cases.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of study-abroad admissions.
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Knowledge of international destinations.
CRM and lead-management experience.
Student-focused approach with enrolment/conversion ability.
Destinations: UK, Ireland, Europe, Germany, Dubai, New Zealand, Australia & MBBS destinations.
