We are looking for a talented individual who shares our values to join our team as a Refrigeration Specialist. This position reports to the Engineering Manager.
THE ROLE:
The Refrigeration Specialist’s primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Install industrial and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning units.
Maintain all refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Assist with inspection and general plant maintenance.
General electrical maintenance and installation work.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
City & Guilds certificates or other engineering qualifications in Industrial Refrigeration Systems.
At least five years’ relevant work experience.
Ability to work with 3-phase equipment
Good industrial and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning skills.
Good mechanical and welding skills
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Experience in electrical controls/electronics and general plant maintenance would be an asset.
Teamworking skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
