Top Health AI builds AI agents for independent medical practices. Its flagship product, Jenna, is an AI receptionist that answers every call 24/7, books, cancels and reschedules appointments directly in the EHR, and handles after-hours calls using each practice's own protocols. Top Health AI also offers an AI Medical Scribe that turns patient visits into structured clinical notes. Jenna integrates with eClinicalWorks, athenahealth and ModMed, and Top Health AI is a certified Epic integration partner. Jenna goes live in 24 hours with no change to the practice's EHR or phone provider. Practices choose the pricing that fits them: pay only per call handled, or a flat rate per provider per month. Jenna is live at independent practices today, and we are now focused on bringing it to many more.
𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
We are looking for Market Strategy Board Members who know independent medicine from the inside and want a stake in changing how practices handle patient access. Your main contribution is opening doors: introducing Top Health AI to practice owners, administrators and groups in your network, and helping us understand what makes them say yes.
As a Market Strategy Board Member, you will:
• Introduce Top Health AI to practice owners, administrators, groups, MSOs and IPAs you know
• Help us decide which specialties and regions to prioritize
• Connect us with EHR vendors, billing companies and practice management firms open to partnership
• Pressure-test our pricing and pitch from the practice owner's point of view
• Meet with leadership periodically to review progress and set go-to-market priorities
This is a part-time, remote role. The Market Strategy Board is a dedicated growth board that works alongside leadership, separate from the company's governance board.

This is an equity-based position aligned with ownership participation in the company. It is not a cash-compensated position. It is designed for people who want to invest in Top Health AI and actively help it grow.

• Physician owners or partners of independent practices
• Practice administrators and office managers with peer networks

• Healthcare sales or business development leaders who sell to independent practices
• Angel investors in healthcare or health tech who bring practice relationships
