Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ayurvedic Fertility Consultant based in Gorakhpur. The consultant will conduct detailed client consultations, assess reproductive health using Ayurvedic frameworks (such as prakriti, dosha balance, and lifestyle factors), and develop individualized treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include recommending appropriate herbal formulations, dietary and lifestyle modifications, detoxification or rejuvenation therapies, and mind–body practices to support fertility. The role involves maintaining accurate treatment records, monitoring client progress, adjusting protocols as needed, and ensuring clear, empathetic communication throughout the care journey. The consultant will collaborate with other practitioners when necessary, provide client education through sessions or workshops, and uphold all professional, ethical, and safety standards in clinical practice.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Ayurvedic medicine with specific knowledge of fertility, reproductive health, and preconception care.
Ability to conduct thorough client assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor outcomes in a structured, evidence-informed manner.
Excellent communication and counseling skills, with the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly and provide emotionally sensitive support to clients.
Sound clinical judgment, record-keeping, and organizational skills to manage multiple cases while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
Relevant formal education or certification in Ayurveda (e.g., BAMS /MD Ayurveda) and any additional training in fertility or reproductive health is highly beneficial.
Experience working in a clinical or wellness setting, preferably in fertility, gynecology, or reproductive wellness, and familiarity with coordinating care with other health professionals.
Commitment to continuous learning, openness to integrating modern reproductive health insights with traditional Ayurvedic practice, and adherence to non-discriminatory, inclusive care principles.
