We are looking for a skilled MPS Support and Deployment professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Managed Print Services, with a focus on providing technical support and facilitating deployments.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Managed Print Services (MPS) deployments.
Assist in the installation and configuration of printing solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MPS hardware and software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on MPS solutions and best practices.
Monitor and report on the performance of MPS solutions post-deployment.
Skills And Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in IT support or MPS deployment.
Strong understanding of printing technologies and MPS solutions.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience with network configurations and printer management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
