Role Description The Design Architect will work on-site at the Worli office in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and development of architectural projects from concept through detailed design. Responsibilities include preparing and refining architectural drawings, creating design concepts and presentations, and coordinating with internal design teams and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained. The role involves developing construction drawings, supporting design reviews, and addressing technical and aesthetic aspects of projects. The Design Architect will also participate in client meetings, communicate design solutions clearly, and collaborate with project managers and engineers to align design outcomes with project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
3 to 7 years of experience
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, buildable solutions.
Experience in Design Management, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams and oversight of design workflows.
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for various project stages.
Effective Communication skills for collaboration with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a studio environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
Prior experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects, and a strong design portfolio showcasing conceptual and technical capabilities.
