About the Role
We are building a talent pool of experienced cybersecurity professionals to support current and future opportunities across various industries. We are looking for individuals with expertise in identity and access management, privileged access management, cloud security, application security, DevSecOps, and security operations.
The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience implementing, managing, or improving security solutions, protecting enterprise systems, mitigating cyber threats, and ensuring compliance with relevant security standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity solutions aligned with organizational security requirements.
Manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access governance.
Implement and support privileged access management (PAM) platforms to secure privileged accounts and credentials.
Develop and maintain cloud security controls, application security practices, and secure development pipelines.
Monitor security events, investigate incidents, and support threat detection and response activities.
Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation measures.
Collaborate with infrastructure, application development, cloud, and compliance teams to strengthen the organization's security posture.
Support security architecture design, risk assessments, audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, procedures, and technical standards.
Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry best practices.
Key Skills and Technical Expertise:
Candidates may specialize in one or more of the following areas:
Identity & Access Management (IAM): SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication.
Privileged Access Management (PAM): CyberArk, privileged account security, credential management, and access monitoring.
DevSecOps: Security automation, CI/CD pipeline security, infrastructure as code security, and secure software development practices.
Cloud Security: Cloud security architecture, identity controls, security configuration, and risk management.
Application Security (AppSec): Vulnerability assessment, secure coding, application testing, and application security controls.
Security Operations (SOC): SIEM platforms, security monitoring, threat detection, incident investigation, and response.
Security Architecture: Enterprise security design, security frameworks, risk assessments, and security control implementation.

Qualifications:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, information security, or a related technical field.
Hands-on experience with one or more cybersecurity domains, tools, or platforms listed above.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and industry best practices.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, cloud security, IAM, PAM, or security operations are an advantage.
Preferred Industry Experience:
