WE’RE HIRING: VIDEO EDITOR 🎬
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “edit videos” — but understands what makes people stop, watch, feel something and keep scrolling back.
You should have a strong eye for aesthetics, pacing, storytelling and social-first content.
What you’ll be working on:
• Instagram Reels & short-form videos
• Brand films and campaign edits
• Product videos and launches
• Founder / doctor / expert-led content
• Explainer videos
• Trend-led social content
• Testimonials and UGC-style edits
• Motion graphics, typography and transitions
• YouTube and long-form edits when required
What we want from you:
• Strong sense of storytelling and visual flow
• Excellent understanding of cuts, pacing and transitions
• Ability to make the first 3 seconds count
• Good taste in music, sound design and visual treatment
• Understanding of current Instagram/Reels trends
• Clean typography and motion graphics skills
• Strong colour correction and basic grading sense
• Ability to work with raw footage and build a complete story
• Ability to follow a brand language consistently
• Comfortable working on quick turnarounds
• Detail-oriented — because yes, we notice that 2-pixel misalignment 😌
• Comfortable taking feedback and improving edits fast
Tools we’d love you to know:
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
Photoshop
Ability to work efficiently with AI-based video generation and creative tools
Bonus points if:
• You’ve worked with beauty, skincare, healthcare, lifestyle or D2C brands
• You understand Gen-Z content without making it look forced
• You can create slick motion graphics
• You know how to turn a boring brief into something people actually want to watch
• You keep up with trends but still know when NOT to use one

Your portfolio, taste and editing instinct.
Degrees are great.
But your work should do most of the talking.
