Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in the Pune Division. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications for infrastructure and building projects. Day-to-day tasks include site inspections, monitoring construction activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring compliance with design standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. The role involves planning project timelines, managing resources, and assisting in resolving technical issues that arise during construction. The Civil Engineer will also support documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Civil Engineering, including Civil Engineering Design and core Civil Engineering principles.
Experience working as a Civil Engineer on construction or infrastructure projects, with practical exposure to site execution.
Skills in project Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure design, analysis, and compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and basic MS Office skills.
Understanding of local building codes, standards, and safety regulations applicable to the Pune region.
Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, perform quantity estimation, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Previous experience in real estate, infrastructure, or industrial projects in or around Pune Division is an advantage.
