Our program partners with families to help students strengthen foundational skills, achieve their academic goals, and develop the confidence needed for long-term educational success.
Job description
Premier Academy is seeking an experienced and engaging Science Tutor to provide individualized online instruction primarily to high school students.
Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one online instruction in high school Biology and Chemistry.
• Support Honors and AP coursework, homework, labs, tests, and projects.
• Strengthen understanding of concepts and problem-solving skills.
• Adapt instruction to each student’s level, learning style, and academic goals.
• Provide constructive feedback and monitor student progress.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Strong science background and excellent English communication skills.
• Experience teaching or tutoring high school Biology and Chemistry required.
• AP or Honors Biology/Chemistry experience required
• Professional, dependable, patient, and engaging.
