This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Email & SMS Specialist based in Canada.
As an Email & SMS Specialist, you will manage the complete lifecycle of email and SMS marketing campaigns, from planning and creative development to deployment and performance analysis. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, strengthening brand loyalty, and supporting e-commerce revenue through targeted, data-driven communications. Working closely with marketing, creative, merchandising, and CRM teams, you will develop compelling campaigns that deliver the right message to the right audience. You will use audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. This role also offers the opportunity to integrate generative AI and automation into marketing workflows, helping the team scale efficiently during high-volume periods.
