This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager, Billing & Collections based in the United States.
As a Product Manager, Billing & Collections, you will lead the strategy and development of essential billing, subscription, payment, and collections solutions within a global fitness technology environment. You will transform complex financial workflows into seamless, reliable, and intelligent experiences that help businesses manage revenue and strengthen customer relationships. Working closely with engineering, design, data science, finance, legal, and customer-facing teams, you will shape product roadmaps that address customer needs and business priorities. You will leverage analytics, experimentation, automation, and emerging AI capabilities to improve payment success rates, reduce involuntary churn, and optimize revenue recovery. This role offers the opportunity to influence products operating at significant scale while delivering measurable business and customer impact. It is an exciting opportunity for an experienced product leader who combines strategic thinking, technical understanding, and strong cross-functional leadership in a remote-first environment.
