Drive member engagement and long-term value across a diverse technology ecosystem focused on technology spending, IT asset management, and the economics of AI. In this senior individual contributor role, you will manage strategic relationships across enterprise organizations and technology vendors, helping members access the programs, communities, and resources that best support their goals. You will combine hands-on operational coordination with strategic account planning to strengthen participation, satisfaction, and retention. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will turn member feedback and engagement data into actionable improvements.
