As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to engineering, content, and business leaders across the US market. You will combine consultative pre-sales expertise with post-sales architecture guidance, translating complex business needs into practical, measurable solutions. Working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering, you will lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, and guide proof-of-concept engagements. You will also support customers through critical architecture decisions and early implementation, ensuring promised outcomes translate into real business value.
