Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Information Technology, Tax, and operational leaders to improve the quality, timeliness, and usability of financial information.
Support stronger treasury projections, cash and liquidity reporting, forecasting methodologies, and integration between financial systems and treasury processes.
Lead the design of a comprehensive pan-enterprise intercompany framework that strengthens accounting, reporting, reconciliation, and controls while reducing unnecessary complexity.
Facilitate decisions where accounting requirements, operational needs, technology capabilities, data structures, and organizational responsibilities intersect.
Anticipate the broader financial, operational, technological, and organizational effects of proposed changes.
Develop executive-level communications that translate complex financial and technical matters into clear business decisions.
