Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Advocate, located in New Delhi. The Associate Advocate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, providing counsel to clients, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks will also involve communicating with clients, collaborating with colleagues, and managing assigned cases to deliver timely results.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Drafting, Legal Documentation, and Contract Review
Strong skills in Legal Research and Analytical Reasoning
Experience in Client Counseling, Case Handling, and Court Representation
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
Ability to work independently and make sound judgments under pressure
Knowledge of Indian court procedures, legal systems, and applicable laws
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; enrollment with the Bar Council of India is mandatory
Prior experience in litigation or corporate law is advantageous
