Role Description The Sales Associate role at Dream Apparels is a full-time, on-site position based in Bara Nagar. In this role, the Sales Associate greets customers, understands their needs, and assists in finding suitable products, sizes, and styles. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing point-of-sale transactions, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store remains clean and well-organized. The Sales Associate also supports inventory processes such as stocking, tagging, and replenishing merchandise, while promoting current offers and helping meet sales targets. Collaboration with the store team to deliver consistent service and a positive shopping experience is central to this position.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and professionally with diverse customers.
Basic sales, retail operations, and cash-handling skills, including comfort using point-of-sale systems.
Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively to understand customer needs.

Reliability and time management skills, with the ability to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
