Role Description The Content Editor at ArcaneKey is a full-time remote role responsible for ensuring that all written materials are clear, accurate, and aligned with brand standards. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves editing and refining web content, marketing copy, and internal documents for grammar, style, consistency, and structure. The Content Editor will manage content workflows, collaborate with writers and stakeholders, and maintain editorial guidelines and templates. This role also includes performing research to validate information, improve content quality, and support strategic content planning across various projects.
Qualifications
Strong Content Management skills, including organizing, tracking, and updating digital assets across multiple platforms.
Editorial expertise with experience in editing for clarity, style, consistency, and brand voice.
Web Content Writing and general Writing skills to refine and occasionally create content suited for online audiences.
Research skills to verify information, gather supporting data, and enhance the accuracy and relevance of content.
Excellent command of written English and attention to detail in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with content management systems and basic understanding of SEO best practices is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
