Lead and manage complex transformation programs in the Network Operations domain.
Engage with customer teams to understand their needs and develop tailored transformation strategies.
Collaborate with Domain Experts, Use Case Designers, and developers to create E2E Managed Operations Transformation programs.
Ensure timely and profitable delivery of transformation projects, meeting client expectations.
Drive automation and analytics initiatives to improve operational efficiencies and reduce risks.
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Network Operations Transformation.
