Software Engineer

🚀 **We’re Hiring: Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer — 2–3 Years Experience**
We are looking for a **smart, hands-on Software Engineer with 2–3 years of experience** who enjoys building real products, solving problems, and taking ownership of what they develop.
We are not looking for someone who simply knows a long list of frameworks.
We are looking for someone who can **understand a problem, write good code, debug independently, use modern development tools effectively, and get features into production.**
### What we are looking for:
• 2–3 years of professional software development experience
• Strong **JavaScript / TypeScript** fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with **Node.js and REST APIs**
• Experience with a modern frontend framework — **Angular preferred**
• Good understanding of **MongoDB / SQL / database concepts**
• Strong debugging and problem-solving ability
• Understanding of Git and modern development workflows
• Ability to write clean, maintainable and reusable code
• Basic understanding of Docker, deployments and CI/CD
• Ability to independently own and deliver features
• Curiosity to understand **why something works**, not just make it work
### 🤖 AI-assisted Development
Modern development is changing quickly.
We would particularly like developers who are comfortable using tools such as **Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or similar AI development tools** to improve productivity.
But using AI is not enough.
You should be able to **review, debug and validate AI-generated code** for correctness, security, performance and maintainability.
### ⭐ Bonus
Interest or experience in areas such as:
• Cloud — AWS / GCP
• Microservices
• Redis / queues / asynchronous processing
• Docker & CI/CD
• System design
• Performance optimisation
• Generative AI / LLM integrations
• Building AI-enabled product features
