Role: Head of IT / IT Manager
Location: On-site (Factory & Office)
Reporting To: CEO
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Head to take complete ownership of our company’s technology systems. You will manage our network reliability, software platforms (CRM/ERP), data security, backups, hardware, and day-to-day IT support.
Key Responsibilities
Software & Business Systems: Manage and support internal software (CRM, ERP, and Sales/Marketing platforms) to ensure smooth operations across departments.
Network & Internet: Maintain 99.9% uptime for factory and office networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and internet connections.
Data Security & Privacy: Implement strict data protection, access controls, and cybersecurity policies to prevent data leaks.
Backups & Disaster Recovery: Run automated daily backups for all company data and ensure fast recovery during system failures.
Hardware & IT Support: Manage laptops, servers, printers, and resolve day-to-day technical issues for employees quickly.
Vendor Management: Oversee internet service providers (ISPs), software vendors, and AMC contracts to get the best performance and cost.
Key Requirements
Experience: 8–12+ years in IT management (manufacturing or industrial background preferred).
Skills: Hands-on experience with networking (firewalls, routers), server administration, cloud systems, and business software (CRM/ERP).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent (B.Tech / MCA).
