🚨 We’re Hiring | Associate Director – Planning
📍 Location: Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced Associate Director – Planning to lead end-to-end merchandise planning across D2C, retail, and other channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, and Open-to-Buy (OTB) management.
Develop seasonal and annual merchandise plans across categories and channels.
Drive SKU-level planning, inventory productivity, stock turns, and sell-through.
Monitor business performance, identify gaps, and drive in-season reforecasting.
Manage allocation and replenishment frameworks across stores and channels.
Collaborate with Merchandising, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, E-commerce, and Retail teams.
Requirements:
✅ 5–10 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, Retail Planning, or Commercial Planning.
✅ Strong understanding of D2C and offline retail planning.
✅ Proven expertise in forecasting, inventory management, and business planning.
