Position Title: Database Expert
Location: Mumbai – Andheri West
Work Timings: Mon to Sat: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM & 4th Saturday Off
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Research & Productivity Executive to support the Sales function through data-driven research, analysis, and productivity optimization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales data research, MIS reporting, and performance analysis, with a strong ability to transform raw data into actionable insights that improve sales efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Research & Analysis
· Research, collect, clean, and validate sales-related data from multiple internal and external sources.
· Analyze sales performance data.
· Use advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, INDEX-MATCH, complex formulas) to derive insights.
2. Productivity & Performance Tracking
· Develop and maintain productivity dashboards to track sales KPIs such as:
o Conversion rates
o Sales cycle length
o Average deal size
o Target vs achievement
o Pipeline health.
3. Reporting & Insights
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and performance reports for management.
· Generate ad-hoc analytical reports to support business decisions.
· Translate data findings into clear insights, trends, and recommendations for stakeholders.
4. Sales Enablement & Data Support
· Support the Sales team by providing accurate data insights for planning and execution.
· Act as a point of contact for data-related queries and productivity analysis.
· Automate recurring reports and dashboards to improve operational efficiency.
5. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
· Document data research methodologies, reporting frameworks, and productivity metrics.
· Provide basic training and guidance to Sales teams on dashboards, reports, and data usage.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Research, MIS, Sales Analytics, or Productivity Analysis
