SAP Enterprise Solution Architect
Location: Remote with initial travel to Bismarck ND (Travel expenses paid by client)
Duration: Contract 12+ months
We are seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Solution Architect to lead enterprise-wide SAP transformation initiatives, design scalable business solutions, and align technology strategy with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across SAP landscapes, enterprise architecture frameworks, integration strategies, and digital transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture for large-scale enterprise implementations and transformation programs.
Define enterprise architecture standards, governance models, and SAP roadmap strategies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
Design integrated SAP landscapes across modules including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP SAC.
Architect cloud, hybrid, and on-premise SAP environments with focus on scalability, security, and performance optimization.
Provide strategic guidance for SAP migration, brownfield/greenfield implementations, and digital transformation initiatives.
Evaluate current enterprise systems and recommend architecture improvements, automation opportunities, and modernization strategies.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, EDI, and SAP CPI/PI/PO.
Establish enterprise data governance, master data management, and system interoperability standards.
Drive SAP best practices, solution governance, compliance, and architectural reviews.
Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, RFP responses, and client presentations.
Mentor technical and functional teams on SAP enterprise architecture methodologies and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud teams to ensure secure enterprise solution architecture.
Participate in executive-level discussions regarding SAP strategy, enterprise transformation, and IT modernization initiatives.
