Intern - Product Expert

We’re Hiring Customer Experience / Product Expert
At CheQme, we are looking for an engineering graduate with strong technical knowledge and communication skills to conduct virtual product demonstrations for clients. We need someone who can understand our product portfolio, explain technical features and applications effectively, and help customers identify the right solutions for their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
Develop a strong understanding of the product portfolio, technical specifications, and applications.
Understand customer requirements and showcase relevant products and solutions.
Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Address customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for technical support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, IT, or a related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to simplify technical concepts and engage confidently with clients.
Interest in technology, product demonstrations, and customer interaction.
Duration: 3 to 6 Months (With PPO based on performance)
Location: Ahmedabad
