Role Description The Calling Intern/Telecalling Intern role is a remote internship focused on engaging with potential and existing clients over phone and digital communication channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, sharing information about Vextrior’s services, and recording accurate details of each interaction in internal systems. The intern will support lead generation efforts, schedule follow-up calls or meetings for senior team members, and assist in maintaining contact databases. This role also involves collaborating with the business and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and ensuring that communication aligns with Vextrior’s brand and service offerings.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including clear spoken English and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to listen actively, understand client needs, and respond with concise, relevant information.
Comfort with making high volumes of calls and handling repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or call-tracking software.
Organizational skills to manage call lists, follow-ups, and documentation of interactions.
Positive, patient, and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Interest in business consulting, digital solutions, or marketing; prior internship experience is a plus but not required.
Availability to commit to the internship schedule and willingness to learn telecalling best practices and scripts.
