Role Description We’re hiring experienced cold calling agents based in the Philippines to join our outbound sales team in the lending / loan finance space.
You’ll call business owners and prospects, start conversations, qualify their funding needs, and book appointments or hand warm leads to our closers. We provide the leads, scripts, dialer, and CRM. You bring the voice, the confidence, and the lending knowledge.
What you’ll do:
Make 100-150+ outbound calls per day using our dialer
Follow our call script while sounding natural and conversational
Requirements:
1+ year of outbound cold calling experience, preferably in lending (e.g., [business loans, MCA, mortgage, personal loans, debt consolidation, auto loans, SBA loans, credit repair])
Clear, confident spoken English with a neutral or American accent (we’ll test this)
Project type: Ongoing, long-term. Starting with a 2-week paid trial.
