Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DevOps Engineer role based in Nagpur. The DevOps Engineer will work closely with software development and operations teams to design, implement, and maintain automated build, test, and deployment pipelines. Daily responsibilities include managing and monitoring Linux-based systems, implementing infrastructure as code, and ensuring high availability and performance of production and staging environments. The role involves troubleshooting infrastructure and deployment issues, optimizing system configurations, and supporting continuous integration workflows. The engineer will also contribute to security best practices, documentation, and process improvements across the delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices to provision, configure, and manage environments.
Solid software development skills to collaborate with engineering teams and automate workflows.
Hands-on expertise in Continuous Integration tools and pipelines to support automated builds and deployments.
Proficient in system administration, with a focus on managing and securing Linux-based servers.
Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and networking fundamentals.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work in a collaborative, on-site team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
