We're looking for an Associate Business Consultant to join our DigiCRM team in Hyderabad.
This is not a conventional IT Business Analyst or back-office documentation role.
You'll work directly with businesses to understand how they acquire customers, manage leads, run marketing campaigns, convert opportunities, and retain customers—and help them improve these processes using CRM and marketing automation.
What you'll be doing:
✅ Interacting directly with clients to understand their sales and marketing processes.
✅ Conducting business discussions, requirement workshops, product demonstrations, and presentations.
✅ Translating business challenges into practical CRM workflows and automation solutions.
✅ Working closely with product and implementation teams to deliver solutions.
✅ Helping clients improve lead management, sales conversion, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement.
Who we're looking for:
🔹 1–3 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year of exposure to B2C sales or marketing.
🔹 A good understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, sales funnels, campaign management, and customer journeys.
🔹 Excellent spoken and written English, presentation skills, and confidence in client conversations.
🔹 Someone who listens carefully, asks intelligent questions, thinks logically, and communicates clearly.
🔹 Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar solutions is an advantage.
🔹 Curiosity about AI, automation, and how technology can solve business problems.

You don't need to be a programmer or have years of consulting experience.
