Project Control Specialist

Role Description The Project Control Specialist is a part-time remote role responsible for overseeing project planning, monitoring, and financial control for educational and business initiatives. The specialist will track project budgets, costs, and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and resource constraints. Daily tasks include preparing project cost reports, analyzing variances, updating forecasts, and supporting decision-making with clear data and recommendations. The role will also involve coordinating with program managers, instructors, and external partners to maintain accurate documentation, mitigate risks, and improve project processes. The Project Control Specialist contributes to efficient delivery of programs and services that support the club’s mission in the business and educational sectors.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in project control and cost control, with experience overseeing financial aspects of multiple projects.
Proficiency in cost management and budgeting to develop, track, and adjust project budgets effectively.
Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present clear insights.
Experience with project management tools or spreadsheets for monitoring schedules, resources, and expenditures.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with Arabic language or Middle Eastern business culture is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines reliably.
Previous experience in educational, language training, or international business environments is beneficial.
