About the Role
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who sees design as more than just interfaces, someone who can translate ideas and user needs into clear, intuitive, and visually strong digital experiences.
At Maayasthra, you’ll work on websites, landing pages, and other digital experiences where usability, visual clarity, and thoughtful design decisions matter just as much as aesthetics.
This is a Figma-first role with a strong focus on web design, user experience, visual hierarchy, and conversion-focused thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality websites and landing pages with a strong focus on usability and visual clarity
Create wireframes, user flows, layouts, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
Translate ideas, briefs, and requirements into structured and intuitive digital experiences
Apply strong principles of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and layout consistency
Create and maintain reusable components and design systems where required
Collaborate with developers and internal teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Iterate and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining a high standard of quality
Explore new design approaches, trends, and AI tools to improve the design workflow
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design (can be overlooked if you have a strong portfolio)
A strong portfolio showcasing website, landing page, and digital product design work
Advanced proficiency in Figma as the primary design tool
Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout systems
Ability to think through user flows and translate requirements into clear design solutions
Ability to independently take ownership of design tasks and deliver within timelines

Experience working with design systems, reusable components, or structured layouts

Someone who is constantly learning and actively improving their design skills
