Pinnacle Immigration Advisers is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Student Visa Application Consultant to join our professional immigration team, with a primary focus on New Zealand Student and Partnership Visa applications. This is an opportunity for an experienced visa professional who understands the importance of accuracy, compliance, client service, and timely application management.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage visa applications in accordance with INZ requirements and LIA instructions
Review, verify and organize client documentation and supporting evidence
Conduct appropriate due diligence on client information and claims
Complete visa forms and maintain accurate application records
Monitor application progress, documentation and key deadlines
Maintain high standards of quality, confidentiality and client service
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of relevant experience in New Zealand Student & Partnership Visa processing
Strong knowledge of Immigration New Zealand (INZ) requirements and processes
Exceptional attention to detail and document-review skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Professional, proactive and solutions-oriented approach
Ability to manage multiple applications effectively under deadlines
