Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Research Assistant at Originyx. The Research Assistant will support AI and software projects by gathering and analyzing data, conducting market and technical research, and synthesizing findings into clear reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting experiment design, documenting research methodologies, organizing datasets, and collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams to inform solution development and optimization. The role may involve basic experimental or prototyping tasks, tracking research outcomes, and maintaining structured documentation to ensure knowledge is easily shared across the organization. The Research Assistant will also help identify emerging trends in AI, automation, and digital transformation relevant to Originyx’s products and clients.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret complex information and generate actionable insights.
Demonstrated Research experience, including literature reviews, market or technical research, and structured documentation of findings.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present research outcomes clearly in written and verbal form to diverse stakeholders.
Relevant Laboratory Skills or technical experimentation experience (academic or industry) for supporting prototypes or structured tests, where applicable.
Comfort with digital tools, data platforms, and productivity software; familiarity with AI, automation, or software development environments is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in technology, AI, or digital transformation projects is beneficial but not required.
