Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and working professionals regarding IT training programs.
Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert prospects into enrollments.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct follow-ups, demos, and career guidance sessions.
Support corporate/B2B sales and client relationship management.
Coordinate with corporate HR/L&D teams and institutions.
Support marketing activities such as seminars, webinars, college visits, and job fairs.
Maintain lead and customer information in CRM/trackers.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.
Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Experience in IT Training Sales, Education Sales, or Corporate Training Sales is preferred.
