API Implementation & Technical Support Executive
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year
Location: Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
We are looking for a fresher to support API implementation with customer ERP systems and provide technical support to customers. The candidate will work closely with the internal technology team, customers, ERP teams, and banking partners.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing and testing APIs with customer ERP/accounting systems.
Understand API documentation, request/response formats, JSON and basic API concepts.
Use tools such as Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with customer IT/ERP teams during integration and UAT.
Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot API/integration-related issues.
Analyse API responses, error messages and basic logs to identify issues.
Escalate complex issues to the internal technology/development team.
Maintain implementation status, issue trackers and technical documentation.
Participate in customer calls and provide timely follow-ups on technical issues.
Skills Required
Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, HTTP and databases/SQL.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and understand banking/ERP integrations.
Basic knowledge of Postman or any API testing tool is an advantage.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc. Computer Science/IT or a related technical qualification.
