Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Associates to join our growing team. Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
The primary responsibility of this role is to work on company-provided leads, understand customer requirements, follow up consistently, and convert leads into successful orders.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle company-provided leads and convert them into customers.
Make outbound calls and follow up on inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for pricing and delivery timelines.
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to order closure.
Requirements
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
English is mandatory.
Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
