About the Role
We are looking for a senior Product Engineer who can take ownership of building, scaling, and improving high-impact digital products at CreateBytes. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to turn ideas into reliable, scalable, and user-focused solutions.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end development of products and key features.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
Make strong technical decisions around architecture, APIs, databases, and integrations.
Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Review code, improve engineering practices, and mentor junior engineers.
Identify technical challenges and drive solutions from idea to production.
Continuously improve product performance, reliability, and scalability.
What We’re Looking For
8–10+ years of experience in software/product engineering.
Strong experience building and scaling production-grade products.
Strong understanding of system design, architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
Hands-on coding experience with modern backend/full-stack technologies.
Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
