Zenithindia is a next-generation creative and marketing collective built at the intersection of content, code, and culture, with a strong focus on Gen Z audiences. Originating in India, the organization blends startup agility with deep storytelling to shape and influence modern culture rather than simply reacting to it. Zenithindia develops platforms and communities instead of one-off campaigns, integrating technology and narrative to drive engagement and impact. The brand identity, centered on a dynamic double “Z,” reflects a commitment to both creation and reinvention, signaling a forward-looking approach. Potential team members join a culture that values experimentation, digital innovation, and the co-creation of future trends.

On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in designing and administering basic psychological assessments under supervision, contribute to research on Gen Z behavior and digital culture, and help interpret findings to inform campaign and product strategies. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate psychological principles into content, education-focused initiatives, and community-building activities, ensuring they are supportive, inclusive, and evidence-informed. Responsibilities also include maintaining clear documentation, participating in virtual meetings, and providing input on mental health–related resources and educational materials for Zenithindia’s platforms.
