🚀 We're hiring: Manager – Business Intelligence
📍 Centricity Wealth Management | Gurugram | Full-time
I'm looking for someone to own our BI stack end to end — pipelines, warehouse, Power BI, and the analysis leadership acts on.
This is a build-and-own seat, not a report-refresh one. You build it, and you're accountable for the numbers being right.

🛠️ What you'll do
📊 Design and own the Power BI suite — data modelling, DAX, Power Query, RLS
🔄 Build automated pipelines from multiple source systems into a central warehouse
🗂️ Maintain the single source of truth — master data, hierarchies, reconciliation
📈 Deep-dive analysis across MF, SIP, AIF, PMS, bonds and insurance — flows, AUM, yield, margin
💰 Design brokerage and incentive schemes, model their impact, and audit them for leakage
⚙️ Automate recurring manual work with Python, SQL and Excel/VBA
🤝 Mentor junior analysts and build self-serve capability for the business

🎯 What we're looking for
✅ 4–8 years in BI / analytics, with a production data product you built and kept running
✅ Advanced Power BI, strong SQL on a relational warehouse, Python for transformation
✅ Advanced Excel incl. VBA
✅ Working knowledge of MF distribution economics, brokerage and AUM concepts
✅ A validation-first mindset — reconcile before you publish
⭐ Good to have: MF/AMC data experience (RTA feeds, SIP books, brokerage recon), cloud data platforms, AI-assisted development tooling
