Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, printers)
Manage IT assets, vendors, and infrastructure upgrades
Support network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
Perform SAP Basis tasks (health checks, transports, user & role management)
Monitor security events, manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and security reporting
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in IT or related field
5–7 years of IT hardware & infrastructure experience
Strong knowledge of networking and Windows/Linux systems
Hands-on experience with SAP Basis & cybersecurity
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
