Location: Mumbai office, Andheri East (on-site, recording take place in the office)
Job type: Full time, permanent
Experience: 2-4 years in video editing for YouTube and Instagram
Brands: The SmartMove2UK and Conroy Baker, with occasional projects for other group brands.
Salary: 3.6 – 5.0 LPA, depending on experience and portfolio

About the role:
We are seeking a candidate who can shoot and edit neat, clean, on-trend long-form videos (8–15 minutes) as well as extract 3–4 Reels from each video.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Shoot
2. Interview
3. Edit long-form YouTube episodes (8-15 minutes)
4. Create Reels and Shorts
5. Package and publish
6. Brand templates
7. Accuracy and approvals
8. Files and performance
Must have:
1. 2-4 years editing YouTube/Reels
2. Portfolio with 8+ min talking-head video + 3 Reels
3. Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve, multi-camera, colour correction
4. After Effects (motion templates)
5.Photoshop or Canva for thumbnails, + Canva (or similar) for explainer/listicle templates
6. Comfortable sourcing/generating voiceover/narration audio, syncing to visuals, basic audio clean-up (tool of your choice)
7. Hands-on shooting experience
8. YouTube/Instagram platform understanding
9. Confident spoken English, on-camera comfort
10. Strong written English
11. Based in Mumbai
Good to have
Excellent content experience, pacing/hooks/formatting sense.
AI video tools (Descript, OpusClip, Adobe Podcast, HeyGen, Runway)
Explainer/news/education/finance content experience.
Basic motion design.
